The colon plays an important role in allowing absorbing nutrients while at the same time removing any nasty toxins. If we don’t have a well function colon, the colon will tend to absorb a lot of harmful toxins in our body. These toxins will make our body less efficient and may cause diseases. </p>
<p>Another interesting thing about colons is that fat can be stored or accumulated in there. As a result, the fat makes the colon less efficient in removing toxins from the body.</p>
<p>To prevent this from happening, you need to cleanse your colon. There are several products in the market today from shakes, tablets to capsules. The best way to choose a product is to pick one that has natural ingredients. </p>
<p>There also many foods that is very good in cleaning your colon. Any fruit or vegetable that has high fiber and chlorophyll content are excellent in removing any fat that may be stuck around your colon.
