<p>Whenever you start a weight loss program always measure how much weight you&#8217;re losing and have a long term goal. Measuring how much weight you lost is an important tool to motivate yourself to work harder and become more focused. Initially you probably see that you start to lose a lot of weight during the first week. It makes you feel good, you&#8217;re actually making progress. However, on the second week, you&#8217;re weight stays the same for three days straight. </p>
<h3>Same Weight for Three Days Straight</h3>
<p>This can be discomforting for you and will probably be not motivated to continue with the program. You been running for 30 minutes a day and eating a good and healthy diet but your weight stays the same. However, don&#8217;t be worried, this is pretty normal when you&#8217;re in a typical weight loss program. </p>
<h3>Body Adaptation</h3>
<p>Before you started the program, your body is used to being not exercised and likes fatty food. When you go on a diet, the body is shocked into losing weight, during the second week the body will fight back and try to force your body into gaining the weight again. Don&#8217;t panic when this happens, whenever you change a habit, your body will try to revert back to its proper rhythm. After a while, the body will adjust to the new habit if you push through this barrier. </p>
<p>This usually last for a few days and you will notice that your weight will start to drop again. This may happen again during the program but when it happens you need to keep persisting and you will get over the speed hump.</p>
<p>Losing weight is like a stock market graph, it is never smooth with short spaces of fluctuation. If you keep persisting in the long run, you will have no problems in achieving your goals.</p>

Having a big belly is not very attractive and if you’re the person that likes to swim or job, the most looked part of your body is the belly. When we exercise, the fat that we normally burn is usually taken somewhere in our body except from our belly. The belly is the last place when we try to get fat out of our bodies. This can be very maddening to those of us who wants to get a flat stomach.</p>
<p>Here are simple ways you burn all those ugly looking belly fat:</p>
<h3>Detoxification</h3>
<p>Before you can burn your fat efficiently, you must detoxify your body. After years of eating a lot of rubbish, your body would build up an excess amount of toxins that slows down your metabolic system. This would make it much harder for your body to burn fat and instead will store it into your fat reserves. Therefore, detoxification should be an important part of diet program. Not only will it make you lose weight, it also good for your health and well-being. Your body will able to fight bacteria and viruses easily. Another benefit is that you will have more energy and be able to do more things during the day. There are plenty of detox products on the market today, it ranges from fiber supplements to body wraps.</p>
<h3>Eat a Healthy and Balance Diet</h3>
<p>I know it’s a cliché, but you always must eat a healthy diet. Don’t be tempted in buying that Big Mac that you always get everyday. Stay disciplined and focus on what food is good for you. If you crave for something sweet and tasty like a chocolate bar, try to pick a tasty sweet fruit like a mango or a banana.</p>
<h3>Exercise</h3>
<p>Here we go again, exercise! Again, I know you keep hearing it all the time but you need to burn the calories. The calories don’t go anywhere fast unless you starve yourself – and we know starving yourself will make you feel awful and it also downright dangerous for your health. Try to incorporate walking or riding your bike for 30 minutes for at least three times a week. Do sit-ups everyday to help tone and flatten your stomach.</p>
<p>Just doing the simple things above will dramatically makes a huge difference in how you look and feel. </p>
